TRAIN WITH A PLAN.

Private coaching for strength, movement and lasting performance.

72%

Start with a 60-minute movement assessment.

01

Assess

We evaluate movement, strength and lifestyle to find what's holding you back.

02

Build

A tailored training and movement plan designed around your goals, schedule and body.

03

Progress

Measurable progress, regular reviews and adjustments. Stronger, more capable, every day.

Coaching programs

Four ways to start

Each one begins the same way — with an assessment, not a guess.

01

Strength Foundation

For clients building strength from a low or inconsistent training base.

The problem
Generic gym programming that doesn't account for your starting point or movement limitations.
How it works
Twice-weekly private sessions building strength through correct movement patterns, progressed only when you're ready.
Next step
Start with a movement assessment to confirm where your foundation actually is.
02

Movement Restoration

For clients recovering mobility, working around a previous injury, or sitting most of the day.

The problem
Pain or stiffness that generic stretching routines haven't resolved.
How it works
Coaching focused on mobility, control, and rebuilding confidence in movement patterns that currently feel restricted or uncertain.
Next step
The assessment identifies which patterns need attention first.
03

Performance Coaching

For clients training consistently already, looking to break a plateau or train for a specific goal.

The problem
Progress has stalled, or training lacks a clear structure toward a specific outcome.
How it works
Structured programming with regular strength and movement benchmarks, adjusted as you progress.
Next step
Bring your training history to the assessment — it shapes the plan.
04

Long-Term Personal Training

For clients who want an ongoing coaching relationship, not a fixed-length program.

The problem
Short programs that end just as progress builds momentum.
How it works
Continuous one-to-one coaching with periodic reassessment, adjusting as your life, goals, and body change.
Next step
Begin with the same 60-minute assessment as every program.
How we coach

The FORM / BKK method

The same discipline behind every program.

01

Assessment before programming

No plan is written before we understand your movement, strength, and history.

02

One coach, every session

You work with the same coach throughout — not whoever's available that day.

03

Progression, not guesswork

Every session builds on data from the last one, not a fixed template repeated regardless of how you're responding.

04

Regular reassessment

Your plan is reviewed and adjusted on a set schedule, not only when something goes wrong.

The starting point

What happens in your 60-minute assessment

Every client starts here — regardless of experience level.

Book your assessment
  • Your goals and training history
  • A review of how you move — squat, hinge, push, pull, carry
  • A baseline strength check, appropriate to your current level
  • Mobility observations specific to your body
  • Any previous injuries or movement limitations
  • Your schedule and lifestyle, so the plan is realistic
  • A recommended coaching plan, explained plainly, with no obligation to continue

This assessment is a fitness and movement evaluation, not a medical diagnosis. Clients with existing injuries or medical conditions should consult a physician before beginning a new training program.

What progress looks like

Measured, not promised

Progress reported honestly — no guaranteed outcomes.

Movement consistency

Fewer restricted or uncertain movement patterns over time.

Strength progression

Tracked load and rep progress, session over session.

Training adherence

How consistently the plan is actually followed — a real predictor of results.

Confidence with technique

Clients moving correctly without needing constant correction.

Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Progress measures shown here are illustrative of how a real coaching relationship would report progress, not statistics from real clients.

Client experiences

What clients say

Illustrative examples for this concept — written to show the format a real studio would use, not real client accounts.

The assessment alone told me more about why my shoulder kept bothering me than a year of a generic gym program did.

Movement Restoration

Illustrative example — not a real client.

I'd stalled for months training on my own. Having someone actually track and adjust the plan made the difference.

Same coach every time. He remembers what hurt last week without me having to explain it again.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is FORM / BKK a real studio?

No. This page is a design concept by Ivan Lebedev, built to show what a premium Bangkok coaching studio website could look like. FORM / BKK, its coaches, and its studio are fictional.

Why does everything start with an assessment?

Because a plan written before we understand your movement, strength, and history is a guess, not a plan. The assessment is what makes the coaching that follows actually specific to you.

I've never trained with a coach before — is that a problem?

No — the assessment is built for exactly this. It establishes your actual starting point rather than assuming one.

I have an old injury — can you still train me?

The assessment includes a review of previous injuries and movement limitations, and coaching is adjusted around them. This isn't medical treatment — for an active injury, a physician's clearance comes first.

How much does coaching cost?

Indicative pricing is shown in the Coaching Options section — nothing is gated behind a phone call.

What if I can't commit to a fixed schedule?

Preferred days and availability are part of the booking form, so coaching is scheduled around a realistic routine, not an idealized one.

Do you offer group classes?

No — every session is one-to-one. That's a deliberate limitation, not a missing feature.
