NAVAนาวา Embark

Sathorn Road, Bangkok BTS Chong Nonsi

A face is nota procedure. It is a passage.

Nava is an aesthetic institute run by six doctors. We work in stages — consultation, plan, treatment, recovery, and follow-up that continues after you have flown home. You will always know the price before anything begins.

First stage

What brought you

Pick the thing you notice in the mirror. We will show you what we would suggest, how long it takes, and what it costs before you speak to anyone.

Close crop of a face showing freckles and uneven pigment across the cheek

Sun damage & melasma

Bangkok sun is relentless and most pigment we see is provoked by heat as much as by UV. We treat conservatively — aggressive lasering on Thai and Southeast Asian skin often makes melasma worse, so we start with the settings that are boring and safe.

  • Pico toning 4–6 sessions, 2 weeks apart No downtime ฿6,500 / session
  • Prescription compounding Nightly, reviewed at 8 weeks Mild flaking ฿3,200 / month
  • Mesotherapy, tranexamic 3 sessions monthly 1 day of pinpoint marks ฿9,000 / session

Prices are what you pay, including doctor time, consumables and every follow-up in the course. Roughly ฿35 to the US dollar. Nothing is added at the desk afterwards.

Second stage

The room, and who is in it

Two floors above Sathorn, with the treatment rooms on the quiet side of the building.

Scar revision & energy devices

Came from a burns unit, which is why he is careful with fractional settings and why our scar results take longer and hold better.

Third stage

A day here, hour by hour

A first visit takes about three and a half hours. This is the order it happens in.

  1. 10:00

    Arrival and skin mapping

Cross-polarised and UV photography in a fixed rig, so the follow-up photos in six months are comparable rather than flattering. You get the images whether or not you book anything.

  2. 10:40

    Consultation with the doctor

Forty minutes, seated, in a room with a door. We ask what you want to look like, not which treatment you want. If you brought photos from Instagram we will talk about what in them is lighting.

  3. 11:20

    The plan, priced

Written down, with the sequence, the intervals, the downtime for each step and the total. You can take it away and think. About a third of first visits end here, which is fine.

  4. 12:00

    Treatment

Numbing first where it applies, then the treatment itself. Your doctor stays in the room the whole time. Music or silence, your choice — we ask.

  5. 13:30

    Recovery and discharge

Cold therapy, a rest in the recovery room, then written aftercare in your language plus a direct number that reaches a nurse, not a call centre.

Fourth stage

After you fly home

Most clinics stop at the door. The part that decides your result happens in the ninety days after it.

  • Day 3, day 14, day 90. Three scheduled follow-ups. By video if you have already left the country, at whatever hour works in your timezone.
  • One named nurse. One person holds your file and answers on LINE or WhatsApp. You will recognise the name.
  • Aftercare that survives a flight. Cabin-legal sizes, written instructions in your language, and a letter for airport security explaining what you are carrying.
  • Your file travels. Full clinical notes and photographs released to you as PDF, so your dermatologist at home is not guessing.

If you are staying in the city

We hold rates at three hotels within eight minutes of the clinic, and we will not book you into anything with a rooftop bar directly above your room on a downtime night.

  • Sathorn, riverside 8 min by car · quiet
  • Silom, central 6 min on foot · BTS at the door
  • Lumphini, park side 11 min · best for longer recovery

Last stage

Book a consultation

The consultation is ฿1,500 and comes off your treatment if you book one. If you do not, you keep the photographs and the written plan.

Whichever you read most.

A doctor reads every request. You will hear back within one working day, from a person, with two or three times to choose from.
